Dalys seek outside investment of €300,000 ahead of their Slender Choice British launch.
When Karen and Frank Daly turned down the funding offered by judges on RTE’s Dragons’ Den in January 2012, the Louth couple already knew they would attract alternative investment with better terms for their fledgling low-fat convenience food range Slender Choice.
Two years on, the Dalys are preparing to launch Slender Choice in Britain, having also secured a deal with a major retail group in Northern Ireland.
