Food festival puts spring in Galway's step
The first Galway Food Festival will take place over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend on April 6-9.
Fraser Scott from the Malt House, Heather Flaherty from the Gourmet Tart Co and JP McMahon from Cava are among the chefs taking part in the first Galway Food Festival, which takes place over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend on April 6-9. Supported by Fáilte Ireland and Galway City Council, the event will include food trails, tastings, cookery demonstrations and wine workshops.
