Chef and author Catherine Fulvio: appearing at Gourmet Greystones.

David Tiernan of Glebe Brethan Cheese, chef and author Catherine Fulvio and master black pudding maker Jack McCarthy will be in Greystones in Co Wicklow on May 6 for the annual Gourmet Greystones event.

Tiernan will be giving a talk on how to make milk from raw butter, while McCarthy will be demonstrating pork curing and charcuterie making.
