Grasp the nettle with Ed Hick at the Kilruddery estate just outside Bray in Co Wicklow today. Hick, who is best known as a craft butcher, but who also hosts regular cooking demos and seminars, will give a three-hour workshop showing how to make nettle syrup, nettle pasta and wild nettle beer.
