Broaden your risotto horizons during May at Il Primo, on Montague Street in Dublin.

May is risotto month at the restaurant, and chef Anita Thoma (above) has come up with three varieties - spring onion, roast garlic and pecorino (€10); Clare Island organic salmon with dill and lime (€11); and dry-aged Irish beef with horseradish (€12).

All three will be available for lunch and dinner, and you can also have them with a matched glass...
