Author and TV presenter Donal Skehan will be signing his latest cookbook in the Burren on Saturday, May 18.

Rediscover ethical and sustainable local food at the Burren Slow Food Festival in Co Clare from May 18 to 20.

The Slow Food movement - which was established in the 1980s in response to the proliferation of fast food chains across the world - encourages the preparing of food at home from simple wholesome ingredients, using local meats and produce when possible.
