Have your supper cooked by Giles Clark - whose CV includes stints in Fergus Henderson's St John Bread & Wine in London, Alinea in Chicago and Noma in Copenhagen - at the Cake Cafe in Dublin on February 13, 14, 15 and 16. The cafe's owner, Michelle Darmody, is teaming up with Clark for a series of winter suppers following the success of similar events last spring.
