Roscommon Food producer Oliver Carty is on track to open a €9 million facility in Athlone in early November.

The 645 square metre facility, on the same site as the company’s existing plant in Monksland Industrial Estate, will more than quadruple its floor space, creating up to 50 new jobs over 12 months.
