Businessman John Flynn’s minority stake in the Blackrock Clinic is set to be put up for sale this week, as the ownership battle for the south Dublin private hospital heats up.

The beef industry’s Larry Goodman, a longstanding shareholder in the hospital, appointed a receiver over Flynn’s 8 per cent holding earlier in the month, and is expected to bid for the minority stake.
