Flipping back in fashion at Allsop’s

A Georgian building and an inner-city pub, both bought in the last two years, are set to be sold again early next month

Two Dublin properties are scheduled to be flipped at Allsop’s next commercial property auction at the RDS on July 9. The event will feature 84 lots with a combined reserve value of about €19 million. The firm’s residential auction the day beforehand will offer 235 lots which have a combined reserve value totalling €27.2 million.
