Five-star Lyrath Estate enters receivership
The luxurious Kilkenny hotel and spa, owned by Spectra Photo founder, Xavier McAuliffe, has gone into receivership.
The five-star Kilkenny hotel, spa and conference centre, Lyrath Estate, has gone into receivership today.
The hotel, which is due to host this year's Kilkenny Arts Festival, was developed by Spectra Photo founder, Xavier McAuliffe.
Kieran Wallace, an accountant with KPMG, has been appointed receiver to the property by Bank of Scotland (Ireland).
