Publican Louis Fitzgerald plans to open a chain of hotels in Dublin over the next five years.

Publican Louis Fitzgerald plans to open a chain of hotels in Dublin over the next five years.

Fitzgerald, who owns 24 pubs, intends to open up to five hotels in Dublin, including a number in the city centre, under the Louis Fitzgerald Hotel brand.

The first hotel, a 190-bedroom hotel close to the Red Cow roundabout in west Dublin, will open for business later this month.
