Developers Bernard McNamara and Jerry O’Reilly have signed up the first tenant at Grand Canal Mill, their office scheme on Shelbourne Road in Dublin 4.

The developers are also understood to be close to signing a number of other tenants for the scheme, one of which is a financial services company.
