First phase of Belfast's Titanic Quarter

The first office building in the €1.5 billion regeneration of the Titanic Quarter in Belfast has officially come on the market through CBRE.

The first office building in the €1.5 billion regeneration of the Titanic Quarter in Belfast has officially come on the market through CBRE.

The building, dubbed The Gateway, will be at the entrance of the scheme close to the Odyssey Arena, the Waterfront Hall and the M3 motorway.

The Gateway will measure around 11,150 square metres and comprise three linked elements, typically with five floors each connected by glazed feature atriums.
