I picked up boxing when I was eight years old. You can’t fight until you’re 11,but I was over in Neilstown boxing club aged eight with my brother, Willy.

The club is having its 30th anniversary this year, and we’re still operating out of a school hall. We hang up the bags, set up the ring, and after the session we take it all back down again.
