First court battles over Irish Life London office sale to begin

The first of more than 200 cases linked to the sale of a London office block by Irish Life Assurance is due to be heard in the High Court tomorrow.

Eoin Doohan, an investor in Irish Life Assurance's Austin Friars Property Fund, is suing Irish Life over its sale of a 55,000 square-foot office block at 23 Austin Friars in the City of London.
