On the evening of September 3, Tom Kavanagh of Kavanagh Fennell walked into the offices of Calyxin Dublin.
He informed its Irish general manage Declan Hughes that the firm had been placed in receivership. One month later, Hughes is head of Unity Technology Solutions, the product of an management buyout of Calyx’s Irish ICT business.
