An office water-cooler manufacturer run by businessman Kieran McKenna - in which former U2 accountant Ossie Kilkenny and billionaire Glen Dimplex chief executive Martin Naughton had been investors - is being wound up after failing to find sufficient investment.

Aqueduct made water units for offices and, according to its own financial statements, was expecting to start turning a profit around 2015.
