A property advisory firm which was set up in Dublin six months ago now has more than 60 commercial properties on its books.

Antoine Xavier and Damien McCaffrey, who met while working in property consultants CBRE, felt there was a niche in the market for a small commercial agency advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, valuations and professional services.
