Fine Gael is proposing a radical plan to dismantle Fás and replace it with a new ‘‘one-stop shop’’ for citizen entitlements that include social welfare benefits.

The proposals to overhaul the state training agency will be outlined in Fine Gael’s Reinventing Government plan, which is to be published shortly.
