Final phase of Citywest scheme

Sherry FitzGerald New Homes has put 14 townhouses on sale in the final phase of the Browns Barn Wood scheme off the Naas Road at Citywest, Co Dublin.

The development consists of 43 spacious four-bedroom family homes which are just minutes away from the M50. The homes, built by Durkan Residential, have living spaces of between 175 and 178 square metres and prices start from €660,000. They are scheduled for completion before May.
