Film: Oz comedy is a rough diamond

"Ninety per cent of all recorded music is shite," sputters drunken Irish band manager Dave (Chris O'Dowd) in Australian director Wayne Blair's boisterous musical comedy **The Sapphires**. "The other 10 per cent is soul." Can't argue with the man's taste in tunes, even if it's the only impeccable thing about him.
