FGS forecasts revenues of €30mafter merger deal

Accountancy firm Farrell Grant Sparks (FGS) is forecasting annual revenues of more than €30 million after completing a merger with Dublin accountancy firm Moore Stephens Caplin Meehan (MSCM).

Accountancy firm Farrell Grant Sparks (FGS) is forecasting annual revenues of more than €30 million after completing a merger with Dublin accountancy firm Moore Stephens Caplin Meehan (MSCM).

The merger was completed in recent days following several months of negotiation between the two parties. The enlarged firm will keep the FGS name and all 45 MSCM staff will relocate to FGS offices over the coming weeks.
