Few options for firms seeking large offices in Dublin
There are just five buildings measuring more than 7,000 square metres available to let in Dublin 2 and Dublin 4, writes Michelle Devane.
The Central Bank has been considering moving from its Dame Street building in Dublin to larger premises for some time, but for it and other large occupiers seeking office space in the city centre, the options are surprisingly limited. New research from CB Richard Ellis has revealed that despite the generally high office vacancy rate in the capital, there are only five buildings measuring more than 7,000 square metres available to let in Dublin 2 and Dublin 4.
