Ferrero makes a mint from Tic Tac turnover

The Irish division of multinational confectionery giant Ferrero, which manufactures and sells Tic Tacs across Europe, recorded turnover of €48 million last year.

The Irish division of multinational confectionery giant Ferrero, which manufactures and sells Tic Tacs across Europe, recorded turnover of €48 million last year.

The company, which produces the plastic boxes as well as the Tic Tacs themselves in a factory in Co Cork, made an operating profit of €2.3 million, down from €2.4 million the previous year. Turnover, however, was up, from €43 million.
