A High Court judge has ruled that a father should have ‘‘reasonable access’’ to a report about his six-year-old son.

A High Court judge has ruled that a father should have ‘‘reasonable access’’ to a report about his six-year-old son.

The father, identified only as MS, asked the High Court to order the Health Service Executive to give him the 16-page report which was prepared by order of District Judge Conal Gibbons in relation to the father’s application for custody of the child.
