Fastnet Oil and Gas, the new energy exploration venture backed by Cove Energy directors John Craven, Michael Nolan and Stephen Staley, will begin trading on London's Alternative Investment Market (AIM) and the ESM in Dublin tomorrow.

The new venture, which was created when the three directors backed Terra Energy into an AIM shell company called Sterling Green for an all-share consideration of £7.5 million, has already raised £10 million from an institutional and private placing...
