Farrell Grant Sparks (FGS), one of Ireland’s largest accountancy practices, has acquired a $34 million development site in Boston on behalf of clients.

Farrell Grant Sparks (FGS), one of Ireland’s largest accountancy practices, has acquired a $34 million development site in Boston on behalf of clients.

The deal, which closed last week, is the firm’s first major foray into property syndication. FGS clients contributed $9 million (€6,694,005,554) in cash to fund the deal, with the rest coming from bank debt.
