The Minister indicated his intention to introduce a new relief from capital gains tax on the dissolution of farm partnerships. RELIEF ON THE DISSOLUTION OF FARM PARTNERSHIPS

This new relief will run for a period of five years and full details will be contained in the Finance Bill. No indication was given as to how the relief will operate or the conditions that need to be satisfied to avail of the relief.
