A seventh-generation farmer from Co Tipperary is hoping to break into the crisp industry with potatoes grown on his family farm.

The O’Donnell family has been farming on Seskin Farm in the valley of Slievenamon since 1725, but now Ed O’Donnell has diversified and launched a new hand-cooked crisp business.
