Oisín Fanning, the former boss of Smart Telecom, is embroiled in a fresh legal dispute with the former Anglo Irish Bank over his debts. Documents lodged in recent days reveal that the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation (IBRC) is seeking summary judgment against the businessman.
