Falcon on brink of $200 million farm-out deal in Australia

Dublin-based oil exploration company Falcon Oil & Gas is on the cusp of a AUS$200 million (Euro 138 million) deal.

Dublin-based oil exploration company Falcon Oil & Gas is on the cusp of a AUS$200 million (€138 million) deal to farm out its huge Australian shale oil and gas play, it is understood.

Falcon, whose market capitalisation is just below €110 million, expects to announce before the end of July that it has brought two partners into its Beetaloo Basin project, 600km south of Darwin.
