Numbers don’t lie, but sometimes the way in which they are presented could be described as anything from inaccurate to dishonest. That’s what makes any discussion on housing so difficult to make sense of.

I have honestly never attended a single housing event, anywhere, at any time, that I didn’t come away with genuine questions about the sincerity of how data was presented.
