Failed legal actions cost Mahon Tribunal over €1m

The Mahon planning tribunal has paid out more than €1 million in costs linked to legal action against the building firm Joseph Murphy Structural Engineering.

The Mahon planning tribunal has paid out more than €1 million in costs linked to legal action against the building firm Joseph Murphy Structural Engineering (JMSE), *The Sunday Business Post* has learned.

The sum included the cost of JMSE's successful Supreme Court appeal against the tribunal's refusal of the firm's costs.
