Facebook is the second most popular social networking site used by Irish employers for recruitment, according to new survey.

Facebook is the second most popular social networking site used by Irish employers for recruitment, according to new survey.

The report by the global talent and career management consultancy agency Right Management, found that just over half of Irish companies were using Facebook to recruit.

Right Management's head of career management, Nicola Deas, said that 45 per cent of people in Ireland were Facebook members, making the social networking site an important resource for employers.
