On the back of a strong economy with forecasted GDP of 5.6 per cent for 2018 and the outlook for 2019 of 4 per cent, we have witnessed really strong performance in all property sectors, not just in Dublin but in all the major cities in Ireland.

The star performer for 2018 is undoubtedly the office sector, driven by unprecedented occupier demand, with over 350,000 square metres of office space occupied in our four main markets this year.
