Exports and imports dropped in June compared with May, according to preliminary data.

Seasonally adjusted exports fell by €126 million (or 1.7 per cent), and imports decreased by €85 million (or 2.1 per cent), the Central Statistics Office said.

The seasonally adjusted trade surplus decreased by 1.2 per cent to €3.4 billion in June.
