Padraig Rhatigan has sought planning permission to expand the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Dublin city centre before it has even opened its doors.

Padraig Rhatigan has sought planning permission to expand the Radisson SAS Royal Hotel in Dublin city centre before it has even opened its doors.

Rhatigan Developments has sought permission to develop three new blocks on the site of Woodchester House and land owned by the company.

It is seeking to add 46 new hotels rooms to the 150bedroom hotel as part of the plan.
