Exo gets green light from Dublin City Council

Office will be city's tallest commercial building

Dublin City Council has given the go-ahead for the city’s tallest commercial building to be built at the Point Village in Dublin’s Docklands. Permission was granted last week to joint receivers Stephen Tennant and Paul McCann of Grant Thornton to build the Exo, a 20,856 square metre office building, which at 73 metres high, will become Dublin’s tallest commercial office building and could accommodate up to 2,000 office workers.
