The sales director of Fujitsu (Ireland) has taken his employers to court to challenge the selection process used to select a new leadership team, after being made redundant following a restructuring process.

Laurence O'Byrne claims he was encouraged to apply for a new role but was told he was being made redundant after his application was unsuccessful.

O'Byrne is now challenging the process used to select the new Irish leadership team in the restructured company.
