A former executive at Ballymore Properties is taking legal action against the firm, claiming he was wrongfully dismissed and is due €3.6 million in unpaid bonuses.
Tim Farrow was director of planning at Ballymore, which is controlled by developer Sean Mulryan, but left the firm last November as part of a redundancy programme.
He is now suing the company in the English courts, claiming it breached its contract of employment with him.
