Ex-Tullow bosses' oil firm set for float
T5 Oil & Gas has earmarked mid-2015 for an initial public offering (IPO).
T5 Oil & Gas, the start-up exploration venture founded by Tullow Oil’s former chairman Pat Plunkett and other former Tullow directors, has earmarked mid-2015 for an initial public offering (IPO).
Backed by €6 million - €1 million over its initial funding target – it may seek to raise a further €15 to €25 million as an intermediary investment to help finance asset buys ahead of floating, Plunkett told The Sunday Business Post.
