They are at it again. Kennedy Wilson, the seemingly ubiquitous international investment fund, has emerged as the lead bidder for a €305 million portfolio of assets linked to Treasury Holdings. The US fund edged a very close-run bidding process to win the Opera CMH portfolio, which includes a string of major Irish assets, such as the Stillorgan Shopping Centre and Bank of Ireland's headquarters on Mespil Road.
