Walsh Western has been through several transformations since it was founded in 1969 by brothers Larry and Colm Walsh, writes Gavin Daly.

The Walshes left the business more than 15 years ago and it was built up through the 1990s by Michael Enright and his son Brian. The firm won large contracts to supply components to companies such as Dell, Apple and Intel, and invested heavily in technology.
