Ireland's SMEs are being urged to tap into Horizon2020, Europe's largest ever fund for research and innovation, which will make €79 billion available to companies and researchers in the EU over seven years.

Ireland's SMEs are being urged to tap into Horizon2020, Europe's largest ever fund for research and innovation, which will make €79 billion available to companies and researchers in the EU over seven years.

At the fund's Irish launch in Dublin's Convention Centre last Tuesday, Maire Geoghegan-Quinn, EU Commissioner for Research, Innovation and Science, was joined by Research and Innovation Minister Sean Sherlock.
