Oyster homes’ Eamon Conneely is spending €20 million on the new Athlone Springs Hotel, which will open its doors in early July.

Oyster homes’ Eamon Conneely is spending €20 million on the new Athlone Springs Hotel, which will open its doors in early July.

The hotel has been given a four-star fit out and, as well as 68 bedrooms, it will have conference facilities for up to 400, a split-level restaurant, a leisure centre and a sports club.

The hotel is part of a larger mixed-use scheme which includes commercial and residential units.
