The five acres in Ballsbridge in Dublin 4 to be sold by Jurys Doyle could net the group as much as €200 million, according to property sources. Less bullish estimates put the likely value at a minimum of €185 million.

The site, which went on the market last week, is occupied by two hotels, Jurys Ballsbridge and The Towers.
