Treasury Holdings is spending €16.5 million on developing 1,525 square metres of offices at Kingram Place off Fitzwilliam Place East in Dublin 2. Hamilton Osborne King is quoting a rent of €485 per square metre for Kingram House, which will be suitable for use as a headquarters building.
