€1.2m Norbev wins €35m in new deals

Antrim firm Norbev has secured four new contracts worth stg£30 million (€35 million) with clients including German retailer Aldi.

‘‘The contracts are for bottling a range of drinks, including some new juice and mineral products over the next four years,” said David Halliday, managing director of Norbev.

A contract bottler, Norbev is 90 years in operation. It employs 75 staff at its headquarters in Ballymena and produces 120 million bottles of soft drinks annually for brands such as Britvic, Coca-Cola, Vimto and GlaxoSmithKline.
