Estate agent was paid €24k for Digital Hub land sale

Finnegan Menton was paid €24,000 plus vat for handling the sale of 5.6 acres of land at the Digital Hub in Dublin, which sold for the equivalent of €118 million late last year.

Finnegan Menton was paid €24,000 plus vat for handling the sale of 5.6 acres of land at the Digital Hub in Dublin, which sold for the equivalent of €118 million late last year.

Documents obtained under the Freedom of Information Act also showed that the others firms who tendered to sell the site were Bannon Commercial, Harrington Bannon, Jones Lang LaSalle, Quinn Agnew and Hooke & MacDonald.
